Jongisilo Pokwana ka Menziwa: Chief Executive & Head of Strategy

Jongisilo is a dynamic, innovative and versatile leader. An Oral Historical & Cultural Development Practitioner. He is a hard working and efficient team player with exceptional personal and communication skills. A Special Projects Management strategist and manager with a background in human resources, project management and client services. After taking a detour from his own company in the creative industries, for a short while in 2005, he headed the Market Theatre Foundation's Client Services Department. He is also a trainer and a qualified training assessor specialising in Events and Project Management. He has facilitated in many learnerships, skills programs and workshops throughout all the 9 provinces in South Africa as well as Swaziland and Lesotho. He has also received developmental training in the following areas:
Performance Management; Training Assessment; Train-a-trainer course in The Business of Music; Live Events Production and Management; Road Management and Live Events Stage Management
